In August 2026 Authentic Brands Group, the licensing company behind brands built on names like Shaquille O'Neal and Muhammad Ali, took a 51% stake in OVO's intellectual property. Drake kept 44% and his role in the brand's creative direction; Vince Holding Corp. took 5% and runs the apparel business (Authentic, The Hollywood Reporter).
